What ships from this store
Only the paid sample service ships from this checkout. Bulk stock lots ship under a separate contract on FOB or other agreed Incoterms.
Sample shipping options
- United States - Sample Shipping and Courier: USD 39.95
- United States - Use my own courier account (verification required): USD 0.00
- Rest of world - DHL Express, calculated at checkout by destination
- Rest of world - Use my own courier account (verification required): USD 0.00
If you select use my own courier account, you must supply a valid courier account number. We verify it before we release the shipment. The USD 99 sample service fee still applies.
Processing time
Samples are normally prepared and handed to the courier within 3 to 7 business days of cleared payment. Sourcing from a third-party warehouse can take longer; we tell you if it will.
Delivery times
Transit times are courier estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or customs.
Duties, taxes and customs
All import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees for the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address. We are not responsible for shipments lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Lost or damaged shipments
Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the courier and work with you on a replacement.
