Standard sample service is USD 99 plus shipping. Additional sample or product charges may apply for special items and will be confirmed before processing.
The USD 99 covers Empenzo’s standard sample coordination, handling, preparation and staff service. If you use your own DHL, FedEx or UPS account, that account covers the transportation charges only — the USD 99 sample service fee still applies, and courier account details are subject to verification before shipment. If the account cannot be verified, Empenzo may require payment of the applicable shipping charge before the sample is processed or shipped.

Buyer access is free for qualified trade buyers and subject to approval. Once approved, sample requests open on every Stock Offer.
How a sample request is handled

- You submit quantity, size, colour and destination.
- 2. Checkout
- USD 99 sample service plus the shipping method you choose.
- 3. Review
- We confirm availability with the supplier and verify any courier account.
- 4. Exceptions
- Any additional sample or product charge for special items is confirmed and collected.
- 5. Preparation
- We locate, inspect, document and pack the sample.
- 6. Shipment
- The sample ships and we send the tracking number.
